What preparations should I make before measuring twill pants to minimize errors?
o ensure accurate measurements, iGift recommends the following four preparations before measuring:
Choose a reference pair:Select a pair of twill or khaki pants that fit you best and are most comfortable.
Wash and smooth:** Ensure the reference pants are washed and not shrunk.
Lay flat and smooth: Lay the pants flat on a clean, smooth surface (such as a table or floor), button them, zip them up, and carefully smooth out any wrinkles by hand.
Prepare tools: Use a soft measuring tape (fabric tape measure) for measurement.
How to accurately measure the waist and hip width of pants?
Waist measurement: Lay the pants flat, ensuring the front and back waistbands are aligned and straight. Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the top left side of the waistband, stretching horizontally to the top right side. Multiply this measurement by 2 to obtain the complete waist circumference.
Hip Width Measurement: Measure horizontally from the left edge of the pants to the right edge, along the horizontal line at the bottom of the crotch zipper. Hip width determines the range of motion in the hips and upper thighs, which is crucial for wearing comfort.
What is "Inseam"? How is it different from "Front Rise"?
Inseam: This is what we commonly refer to as "pant length." When measuring, start from the center point of the crotch seam and measure downwards along the inside seam of the pant leg to the end of the hem. It determines whether the pant leg is too long or too short.
Front Rise: Measure vertically upwards from the center point of the crotch seam to the top of the waistband. This measurement determines whether the pants are low-rise, mid-rise, or high-rise.
Are there any restrictions on the number of sizes available when ordering bias-pants in a group? Can I customize the size?
