In-Stock Fast Printing: Using high-quality in-stock styles (such as T-shirts and polo shirts), once the design and order are confirmed, shipment can be completed in as little as 7 days. (Depending on quantity)
Custom Basic Customization: For basic styles requiring recutting or color blocking, the production time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, balancing quality and efficiency. (Depending on quantity)
Complex Craftsmanship Styles: For more detailed trench coats, jackets, or professional workwear, we will arrange a meticulous production period of approximately 3 to 4 weeks to ensure the finished product perfectly reflects your corporate image. (Depending on quantity)
Express Order Service:Need urgent orders? We have a dedicated express order channel. Within our production capacity, please inform us of the quantity, and we can expedite shipment within 3 days (additional fee applies). Note: All delivery dates are calculated from the date both parties confirm the design artwork and pay the deposit.

A: iGift provides flexible lead time for our clients.
1. Lead time is around 2-3 weeks for basic styles (e.g. T-shirt, Polo-shirt, vest, aprons, etc.). Urgent order can be made depending on the production status in factory (surcharge is involved for urgent order).
2. 3-4 weeks are needed for complicated styles (e.g. windbreaker, jacket, complicated style, etc.).
3. Lead time varies with seasons (low or peak season) and factory’s production capacity and actual production loading. You can check with iGift staff for the lead time before ordering.
4. Delivery is arranged per client’s request. But certain delays may happen in case of transportation jam and customs clearance issues etc., we hope clients would accept in those case and we will try our best in coordination.
5. Please provide invoice number for easy checking the production status and delivery. It is the number marked on the right hand corner of your invoice.
Q2: When does the production lead time begin?
A: To ensure error-free production, the lead time is officially calculated from the next business day after both parties "confirm the final design artwork (or physical sample)" and "successfully pay the deposit." Therefore, confirming design details as early as possible will help you receive your uniforms faster!
Q3: If my company urgently needs uniforms for an event, can iGift accept rush orders (express delivery)?
A: Yes! We understand that customers sometimes face sudden clothing needs. iGift offers flexible rush order services, depending on the simplicity of the style and factory schedule, with the fastest delivery time being within two weeks. Please note that rush orders may incur additional expedited fees. We recommend that you contact our specialists via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible so we can assess the fastest delivery solution for you.
Q4: Will the order quantity (e.g., ordering only one piece vs. ordering over a thousand pieces) affect the delivery time?
A: Yes. One of iGift's major advantages is its support for "minimum order of one piece," meaning small batches or single-piece customizations typically have faster lead times; however, large orders of over a thousand pieces require a longer production and quality inspection period. Regardless of quantity, we will negotiate and commit to a specific delivery date with you before order confirmation to ensure your plans are not disrupted.
Q5: How will delivery be arranged after uniform production is completed?
A: Once mass production is complete and the remaining balance is settled, we will arrange delivery service for you.
Local Delivery: We can arrange courier or truck delivery directly to your Hong Kong office or designated location (basic shipping fees may apply to some remote areas or orders below a certain amount).
In-Store Pickup: You can also choose to pick up your order directly at our Hong Kong office.
Overseas Shipping: If you are located overseas, we can also assist in arranging international logistics or courier delivery.
